i have the same size as you (on paper) but they look much smaller than mine and tbh im seriously starting to think im not even a d30 - d40 and i might be more :( i have compression shirts, bras, training bras, binders, and none of them work very well even with baggy clothes and layering. the problem is also heat, im autistic and the sweat that builds with any sort of clothing that is fit or clings to my skin is horrid to me :(

After some time i have to say grew more comfortable with the thought of wearing make up, and i've never seen white mascara before your vids, and this might be the solition to my issued with make up. The problem is, that i am a blondish gingerish kinda type and therfore my eyebrows and my lashes are like..m white. You don't see them, so when i put on any kind of mascara, it doesn't highlight something decently, but it's like my lashes look so differernt and this always made me really uncomfy. Ppl have suggested blue mascara to me once because i have blue eyes and i liked the idea, but i think white mascara could look good on me, because it is so similar to how my lashes naturally look but enforces the whiteness and makes it a bit brighter, without completely changing the vide, as black or brown mascara always did on me, so thx for the vid, after some time i did find it really helpfull, even though i wouldn't have thought so couple weeks ago, how the mind can change :)

Thank you so much:)) I actually tried trans tape once though, but it didn't really work for me plus I got a weird rash afterwards... but I hear many people do like the tape and don't experience any problems with it:) Now I usually use a normal bra that's a little thicker in fabric and smaller in size, or I use a binder that fits me well and for flattening is for me the best option and for working out I simply use a sports bra even though it doesn't really flatten that much, but it's okay. Don't forget to stretch your back once in a while, people:)

As someone with hyperhydrosis, it is SO fucking irritating to hide my chest without a binder, which I don't have T^T, so this video, all the options, is VERY helpful. I hadn't realized how much the pads of a bra adds until I took one out and looked side-by-side. Like holy shit. ALSO What binder would you suggest? I've gotten scammed TWICE when trying to buy one. Update: I impulsively spent 38$ on the binder IRIS uses.. I shouldn't be left alone with money at 2 in the morning-
